Dental Remodeling Photos
“To create something exceptional, your mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail.” – Giorgio Armani
When I purchased my space, it had been abandoned for over a year. There wasn’t even a for sale sign out front. Just a dilapidated space with trash bags over the windows. I was exuberant when I realized the space used to be a dental office! I envisioned myself walking into an old practice that simply needed some TLC and would be back on its feet in no time. However, for those of you who watched the quick video in my very first post — you’ll see just how dilapidated this space was. It needed to be a complete gut job.
Everything was ripped out and replaced. From the floors, electrical, plumbing, walls, HVAC, everything.
They did not even have stairs going up to the second story — just a cheap pull-down ladder with a string. Now I have a strong and sturdy staircase that leads to my staff breakroom.
Seeing a project through a complete build out like this from start to finish has given me great insight. There is definitely value to knowing where every single wire, pipe, and beam lies behind your walls.
I did not use a professional dental design company for the build out, design, or any facet of the project. Self-taught the principals of design and worked hand in hand very closely with my (Non-Dental) contractor.
Here are a few before and after photos to check out: In these photos you will see that the wooden wall frames all already up. Those are the wall frames for my floor plan. So these pictures were actually taken once the project was well underway, but still nice to see. Like I said, to see the true original condition — check out my first post of the video I took the very first time I walked into the building.
As always, shoot me an email for any questions.
